How We Started
The idea for Edufiq came into being when we decided to cultivate next-gen skills in children with smartly curated tools, technology, and learning methods. Edufiq was established in 2021 by a Delhi-based company, Juana Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to help children learn Artificial Intelligence by dabbling in electronics, robotics, etc. through game-based and experiential teaching methods.
Juana Technologies’ dynamic and highly qualified team (comprising IIT/IIM, Ph.D.’s, MTech’s and MCT’s/MCA’s) has been developing services for K12 schools & higher education institutions since its inception in 2013. With experience of over 7 years, we have already served more than 10,000 K12 schools, and more than 300 colleges & universities.
Introduction to “Edufiq™ - Experiential Learning” (E-XL)
At Edufiq™, we believe that every child should be given an opportunity to succeed. We also believe that teaching should meet transformative learning styles of every individual child. At Edufiq, we follow a teaching model by David Kolb.

Addressing learning preferences are critically important for our young learners and subscribers (in an age group of 6-18) that take Edufiq courses. Edufiq™ courses are delivered online in Real-Time by exceptionally talented and qualified instructors synchronous with Kolb’s ELM (Experiential Learning Model). The coding courses are taught to students at home as part of our Experiential Virtua-Tech Camps as “Learn from Home” or LFH. Our message to the world is “Join over 500,000 students who are building in-demand skills with experiential coding kits, communicating & collaborating with friends online, and gaining confidence—all from the comfort of home”.
For student ages of 6-18, we provide the highest quality remote instruction on the planet for our well-structured and well-defined Experiential Virtua-Tech Camps & Courses. Our instructors unlock the brilliance and inspire greatness in students and finally encourages and helps students to create an exciting project at the end of the course with a “Certification of Completion” from Edufiq™.

Osborne Dsouza
Holding a very rich corporate experience as an entrepreneur and a technologist, Mr. Osborne DSouza firmly believes that Human Evolution is largely dependent on the evolution of education. To play his part in this transformation, he co-founded Juana Technologies Inc. in 2013 - an Organization with its operations in Delhi and Goa, driving 21st Century Learning Skills & Technology Solutions in Education. An expert in ‘Unified communication and collaboration’, Osborne is a technologist who was influential in creating and developing SMART Classrooms for the Distance Learning Department at the University of Kuwait.
Swati Ganguly
With over 30+ years of experience as an educator, Mrs. Swati Ganguly is propelled by her passion for inclusive education. She is the co-founder of Juana Technologies, an Organization with its operations in Delhi and Goa, driving 21st Century Learning Skills & Technology Solutions in Education. She is a rich and skilled professional who has worked as an educator/teacher, school principal and education consultant. With a Post-Graduation in the Comprehensive Management of Children with Learning Disorders, from the Spastic Society of Karnataka, Bangalore, she has been working as a Special Educator since 2008.
