Swati Ganguly
With over 30+ years of experience as an educator, Mrs. Swati Ganguly is propelled by her passion for inclusive education. She is the co-founder of Juana Technologies, an Organization with its operations in Delhi and Goa, driving 21st Century Learning Skills & Technology Solutions in Education. She is a rich and skilled professional who has worked as an educator/teacher, school principal and education consultant. With a Post-Graduation in the Comprehensive Management of Children with Learning Disorders, from the Spastic Society of Karnataka, Bangalore, she has been working as a Special Educator since 2008. She brought a phenomenal change in the traditional education system when she established ‘IKSHA’ – her project for educating the children with learning disorders. Mrs. Ganguly has been the flagbearer of change in traditional education methodologies. She is a well-established and a recognised name in ‘Education Transformation Framework (ETF)’ for learning technologies that enhances Learning outcomes in K12 Schools, Colleges and Universities. As an ‘Education Consultant’ for SMART Technologies Inc. (Canada), she advocated the use of Technologies & Tools for the 21st Century Classroom.
Her strong interest and belief in technology helped her in becoming a ‘Microsoft Innovative Educator Trainer’ & a ‘Google Certified Trainer’.Her work in the Education Technology field is exemplary and she has been recognized and awarded time and again. Her leadership skills and her management styles make her a distinguished entrepreneur and in recognition she has been awarded ‘Women Entrepreneur of the Year 2019’ by All India Council for Robotics & Automation (AICRA) in the 2nd Edition of STEM Summit & Awards event held at IIT Delhi. She is a certified auditor from National Accreditation Board for Education and Training (NABET). Furthermore, she holds a diploma in counselling skills, from Banjara Academy. She also works closely with the Centre for Autism.
Her experience includes her association with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). For their ‘Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation’ framework, CBSE appointed her as the co-ordinator of Karnataka, responsible for training 5000 teachers in the state. Besides, she was the resource person for CBSE’s ‘Adolescent Education Program’. She is also the City Coordinator for Delhi, for Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan.
Throughout her career, she worked relentlessly towards ‘Education for All’. She dreamt of making a big and meaningful impact on education which is not restricted to just one institution. She co-founded Juana Technologies Inc., her dream venture that works towards fulfilling the dreams of every student! She firmly believed that technology would bring about revolutionary changes in education and hence chose technology as the medium for change! At the age of 50, she is as enthusiastic as any child as she has ever taught. She is always brimming with dreams and passion and she stands up for the fact that it is never too late to learn and adopt technology. A journey that started with SMART Technologies Inc., proceeded to Microsoft and Adobe – reflecting her expertise and recognition among worlds most valued Tech Giants.
